Through a blend of online learning, hands-on practice, and expert instruction, students will build a strong foundation in this healing art. Attend in person training on November 4 - 8, 2024, 9:30am - 4:30pm each day and learn valuable hands on skills by giving and receiving foot and hand reflexology sessions with your peers. Receive feedback and support from a confident and experienced reflexology trainer. During this course we will dedicate time to answering your questions about offering reflexology in a palliative setting, the benefits of holistic modalities for clients who are palliative and working with regulated healthcare professionals.

After in person training, our students will have a special opportunity to offer practice reflexology sessions to patients and staff at Hospice Quinte. This partnership benefits everyone involved:

For Hospice Quinte Patients and Staff: These free reflexology sessions provide relaxation, pain relief, and comfort. Reflexology has been shown to help manage pain, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being—benefits that are especially valuable in a palliative care environment.
